We specialize in restaurant construction, commercial remodels, tenant improvements, and ground-up construction for national and regional clients. If you're a motivated construction professional who enjoys managing projects from start to finish and is willing to travel, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
β’ Manage all day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects.
β’ Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and according to plans.
β’ Coordinate daily and weekly jobsite activities to maintain project schedules.
β’ Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
β’ Perform quality control inspections throughout the project.
β’ Coordinate inspections with local building departments and inspectors.
β’ Verify deliveries and ensure materials are available when needed.
β’ Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and project documentation.
β’ Identify field issues and work with the Project Manager to resolve them quickly.
β’ Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
β’ Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
β’ Travel to project sites throughout our service area as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
β’ Restaurant remodel and ground-up construction experience preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of commercial building practices and sequencing.
β’ Ability to read blueprints and coordinate multiple trades.
β’ Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
β’ OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
β’ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
