We specialize in restaurant construction, commercial remodels, tenant improvements, and ground-up construction for national and regional clients. If you're a motivated construction professional who enjoys managing projects from start to finish and is willing to travel, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
• Manage all day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and according to plans.
• Coordinate daily and weekly jobsite activities to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
• Perform quality control inspections throughout the project.
• Coordinate inspections with local building departments and inspectors.
• Verify deliveries and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and project documentation.
• Identify field issues and work with the Project Manager to resolve them quickly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Travel to project sites throughout our service area as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Restaurant remodel and ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial building practices and sequencing.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate multiple trades.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
