We are the current residents of a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at Streets of Greenbrier in Chesapeake. We recently purchased a home and are looking for someone interested in moving into our apartment beginning October 1.
Rent: $778/month

Current lease ends 30, 2026
This is not an unauthorized private sublease. We have spoken directly with the property manager and have permission to find an interested qualified applicant.
The interested person will apply directly through Streets of Greenbrier and must meet management's normal qualification and approval requirements. If approved, management will handle adding the new resident to the apartment. We will move out and subsequently be removed.
After the current lease ends November 30, the new resident can work directly with property management regarding their own lease, subject to management's approval and terms.
Apartment features include granite countertops, two full bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, and a very large private balcony. The community is located in Greenbrier near Greenbrier Mall, shopping, restaurants and I-64.
