We are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. The Foreman will oversee and work on trade if required in operations on construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the construction crew.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and regulations.
• Maintain project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity with quality standards.
• Maintain records of labor, equipment, and materials used.
• Provide training and guidance to workers on the job site.
• Communicate with the project manager regarding site progress, issues, and solutions.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Foreman in residential and commercial rehabs.
• Strong knowledge of construction or industrial site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Class A Contractor License is a plus.
Must have tools and transportation ( pick up truck)
