Compensation
Earn 10%–13% of all revenue on projects you sell and manage, based on project gross profit
No cap on commissions or total earnings
Part-time or full-time opportunity
Additional earning opportunities through kitchen, bathroom, and other interior renovation projects
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and professionally present Design Pro’s products and services
Measure, scope, and estimate exterior renovation projects
Prepare and present project proposals
Follow up with prospective clients and close sales
Coordinate project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and installation crews
Manage projects from the initial appointment through final completion
Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members
Help ensure each project meets Design Pro’s standards for quality and customer service
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in the sales or installation of windows, doors, siding, or related exterior products
Ability to accurately measure and estimate residential construction projects
Strong sales, presentation, and customer-service skills
Understanding of exterior construction methods and installation requirements
Experience scheduling and managing subcontractors or installation crews
Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and disciplined
Strong personal character and professional appearance
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Chesapeake and Hampton Roads area
