We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team who can help finish minimum 4 houses(rehab).
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years plus hands-on construction/trade experience
Must have a valid tradesman license in the applicable trade
Must own and provide your own tools
Must have reliable Pickup truck to pick up material for jobs
Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and job-site safety
Ability to read plans/blueprints and coordinate daily work
Must be resourceful n can build team to complete projects with quality and with budgets.
Experience leading and supervising crews
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and crew members
Responsibilities:
Work and Supervise and coordinate daily job-site activities
Direct and train crew members
Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Maintain quality control and job-site organization
Experience: 10+ years required
License: Tradesman license required
Tools: Must own your own tools
Transportation: Reliable transportation required to pick materials for the Job ( Pick up truck)
