I have a non road worthy 24 foot enclosed trailer. I have used it for dry storage of my lawn mower and junk for several years. The rear door does not have the spring, so it just stayed down. As you see in pics it is held by a strap. It was hit in back and the tongue is bent. Tires in poor shape. I have tractor and can help you load onto a trailer. Does stay dry in side. Good covered storage. I do not have a title. 3zero4-956-00eight seven. I will respond to texts, but prefer phone call to set up meeting. Will negotiate in price face to face.
