Compensation & Schedule
Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:30 PM
Starting Pay: $15–$20/hour, based on experience
Experienced Candidates: Up to $22/hour, with higher pay considered for exceptional experience
Employment: Full-time preferred; part-time considered
About Nidra Packaging
Nidra Packaging is a rapidly growing beverage manufacturing and co-packing company located in Chesapeake, Virginia. We work with breweries, distilleries, and beverage brands across the country, specializing in canning, bottling, batching, and automated beverage packaging.
We're expanding our second-shift production team and looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want to build a career in beverage manufacturing.
No experience? No problem! We will train the right candidates.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and assist with high-speed canning and bottling lines
Support beverage batching, mixing, and production operations
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning
Monitor production equipment and assist with troubleshooting
Conduct routine quality control checks
Package, label, and palletize finished beverages
Maintain a clean and safe production environment
Assist with general production and warehouse activities
What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Previous brewery, distillery, canning, bottling, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work the second-shift schedule consistently
Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
