Battery Operated BOOM Scooter - Model TDWBD571Z - $2,500 (Chesapeake)

Selling for a friend who is moving. Scooter has not been driven since the summer of 2025. Stored in a climate controlled garage
I tried charging the battery but it is not holding the charge. Possibly the battery has aged. When the scooter is plugged in the horn blows, left and right blinkers work, front light and tail light work and back wheel spins. Can not be driven while plugged in but but when powered with charger all components work. I was told it was in perfect running condition when it was last driven. I would switch out the battery but I do not have to tools to open the battery compartment. There are two additional rechargeable batteries that are included with the scooter but I am unable to test them
Also included are 2 rear view mirrors in the original box, battery charger and two keys
The owner is the original owner of the scooter and was shipped from California. The scooter front frame was damaged in shipping. One side was professional repaired and the other side was not repaired
