-High-quality copper 5 gallon distillery made by Columbia Copper Works in Toledo, WA. This still is entirely handmade by master craftsmen with 4 generations' experience producing distilleries. This is a professional and high quality unit.
-The still comes standard with an electric heat source. The still separates the alcohol from the mash, producing a range of 40 proof to 185+ proof alcohol on a SINGLE run (a 5 gallon still makes about 2 - 3 quarts of 175 proof per run. The lower the proof the more product you will have.)
-Designed and used for high quality alcohol production. Can be used to distill anything from water to nearly any alcohol beverage, as well as alcohol fuel and pharmaceutical grade alcohol.
-These units are of special interest to survivalists and "preppers" to make your own lamp fuel, cooking fuel and engine fuel with years of shelf life.
-Each unit comes complete with everything you need to get started: thermometer, mash testing vinometer, alcohol testing hydrometer and beaker, yeast, and a complete instruction manual for operating your distillery. Just add ingredients from the recipe included.
