I'm a retired, healthy, active guy hoping to find a real "home room." I have a perfect rent history, solid references, clean background check, and steady income. Budget's tight but I can be flexible for the right situation.
I'm handy, tidy, and easy to live with —social or low-key, whatever fits your interest. I split time between quiet efforts like journaling, meditation, reading, and also staying active with OLLI/UNLV classes, gym (LVAC, EoS), hiking/Meetup groups (I’m an organizer: Where2orMore), and volunteering with stage theatre and land-support agencies. I cook light but always clean up after myself.
I’m aiming for a move with 30-day notice. I’d like to stay near the WinCo/Trader Joe's area at Buffalo/Summerlin Pkwy. But please reach out if you have a compelling argument for your place!
