We specialize in premium motorized outdoor living solutions — including motorized shades and screens, retractable awnings, pergolas, interior screens, plantation shutters and other custom solutions.
Our sales professionals aren't knocking doors looking for someone to talk to.
**We put you in front of qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in what we sell. Your job is to close.**
### THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION SALES POSITION.
There is no salary designed to make mediocre performance uncomfortable.
There is also no artificial ceiling on what a legitimate sales professional can earn.
We want people who are motivated by opportunity, understand commission sales and would rather bet on their own ability than have their income determined by an hourly wage.

You should already understand the one-call-close environment.
That means you know how to:
* Run a complete in-home sales presentation
* Build value before discussing price
* Identify the customer's real buying motivation
* Present solutions rather than simply quote products
* Handle price and financing objections
* Recognize buying signals
* Create appropriate urgency
* Ask directly for the sale
* Follow a proven sales process
* Be accountable for your results
**Previous one-call, in-home sales experience is required.**
