Female roommate preferred but not required. LGTBQ+ friendly only apply as I have a colorful family. No drugs beyond cannabis, no heavy binge drinkers please. And absolutely NO ONE WITH A TEMPER. Cigarettes have to be smoked outside and not thrown on ground is all. I prefer to have references as I am looking for peace and safety here.
A single parent and child, or a gentle couple could be considered too, for a shared room for 200$ more per month.
F/L/S is open to negotiations depending on situation. I am open to helping someone in this, that may need it (extra rent each month instead of deposit up front perhaps). I am open in these negotiations if you have your first month's rent ready. If more deposit is given, rent could be lowered and vice versa.
This is a two story five bedroom home with two full bathrooms. Just a stand up shower downstairs and shower/bathtub upstairs. Open to giving you downstairs bathroom as private if desired, or to share both. We have a tankless water heater, two central AC units, central heat, and high speed fiber internet setup and ready on property. Huge kitchen with oven, stove, microwave,coffee maker, air fryer, convection oven, dishwasher and dishes for use. Mostly furnished, you can bring own furniture if desired...or not. Washer and dryer are working.
There is some furniture here, but you may want your own - no quality beds, lacking TVs and some furnishings but half furnished.There is also a separate storage building that could be used if cleaned up, and the yard is absolutely enormous and gorgeous. Lots of parking too.
