I'm new in town, but I've been a contractor and landscaper for decades. I have a truck and tools, and am ready to take on your landscaping, small jobs, gutter cleaning, and regular maintenance items. Lots of contractors won't take your small jobs, but I will!
Property Managers, do you need a very reliable handyman to take on regular maintenance and repair tasks for your properties? Not only have I worked with numerous property managers, I have been one myself. So I'm good with tenant notices, and making sure to clean up after jobs. Need your lawn mowed? I will mow your lawn the first time for just $59.95, up to 1 hour. And most residential lawns can be done in one hour! Then after that I'll be able to not just "estimate" the ongoing rate, but tell you directly how much ongoing service will cost.
My cell number is from outta town, but I live right here on the Northshore. Text is best, but I will answer the phone if you call, as well. Hill City, Northshore, Dallas Heights, White Oak, Stuart Heights, Rivermont, and Woodland Height are my areas. Further out, jobs are a case-by-case basis (gas is getting expensive!).
