💲Pay & Earnings
- Choose your way to get paid:
1: 30% of Weekly Gross Revenue

2: 0.65¢ per Loaded Mile (No deadhead above 100mi)
💵Paid every Friday via direct deposit.
Weekly Gross:
- Dry Van:
$7,000 – $9,000 Rate Gross AVG
- Power Only:
$6,000 – $8,000 Rate Gross AVG
- 2,000 to 4,000 weekly miles on all trailer types AVG
- Performance BONUS: You help us and we help you!

- Fuel Cards Provided: Access to major networks, including Pilot/Flying J and TA/Petro.
🏡Home Time & Routes
- OTR Routes: Preferred 2 weeks out / weekend home time (Flexible for 4+ weeks out if you want to maximize earnings).
- Regional Options: Available based on freight demand (~5 days out / short reset).
- Negotiable Home Time: We can schedule your return home whenever needed on advance notice.
- Freight: 100% No-Touch Spot Freight via major load boards.

📝Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR and active FMCSA Clearinghouse status.
- Minimum 2 YEARS of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Must pass a drug test and clear company insurance approval.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to start immediately.
