The parking is covered (carport with Free EV charging). A yard man keeps the grounds looking nice, and a lady comes in once a week, using my washer and dryer, doing ALL of the laundry, at NO charge to the renter. The home has a very nice kitchen with all modern Breville (made in the USA) appliances and LED lighting. The home has a Sony home theater, complete with a Bose Soundbar 700 theater sound system, theater lighting and theater seating!
The rear porch is fully screened (no mosquitos), and has roll-up bamboo blinds. This is the perfect spot, where you can enjoy the outdoors IN TOTAL PRIVACY, thanks to the roll-up bamboo blinds. There is an overhead ceiling fan, electrical outlets, a table with chairs, two lounges and an outdoor gas grill on this porch.
The carpets and A/C vents are cleaned annually by Stanley Steemer and the pest control is contracted to Cook's Pest Control. The 4-camera outdoor security control is contracted to ADT.
The house sits on 4.6 acres of old-growth trees. I DO live in a neighborhood, but my home is not in a close-knit subdivision. So, if you fall out of bed at night, you won't land in the house next door! This suite usually rents for roughly twice this amount, but I'm offering it for $500 a month. I'm mainly interested in either a female or in a male/female couple.
