Compounder (Cosmetics & Personal Care Manufacturing)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

About the Position
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Compounder to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and producing cosmetic and personal care products according to established formulas while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Weigh and measure raw materials accurately according to batch records.
Mix and compound products following written formulas and procedures.
Operate mixing tanks, pumps, and manufacturing equipment safely.
Record batch information and complete required production documentation.
Verify raw materials before use.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Clean and sanitize equipment between batches.
Work closely with Quality Control and Production teams.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with additional production duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or compounding experience preferred (cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries is a plus).
Ability to accurately follow written formulas and instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable standing, bending, and working throughout the shift.
Basic math skills.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift certification preferred, but not required, we will train you and certify you if needed
.
Schedule:
Candidates must be available to work varying start and end times based on production needs, including occasional overtime.
The shifts are usually 8:00am to 4:30pm and 4:30pm until 1:00am . This schedule will vary depending on volume
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $20.00 per hour to start
2 weeks paid vacation +Medical /dental/vision after 180 days
