Albemarle Baking Company is a locally owned bakery in Charlottesville known for high-quality, handcrafted breads, pastries, and baked goods. We take pride in producing everything with care and creating a supportive, team-oriented workplace for our employees. We are looking for a reliable Night Baker to join our team for a full-time position.
Hours: 2:00 AM–10:00 AM or 3:00 AM–11:00 AM
Days: Monday–Saturday
Pay: $18-$23, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities include preparing and baking products according to our standards, keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organized, and helping ensure that products are ready on time and meet our quality expectations. Previous kitchen or baking experience is preferred. We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, efficient, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. This role requires someone who works well with others and is a strong team player.
There is also opportunity for growth and advancement for someone who is interested in building a career in baking and taking on additional responsibilities over time.
