Two offices in our friendly collective building open on December 1st: one full-time, and one part-time (sublet by the day). For the sublet, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are available. These are large offices (both 14x14) in a recently renovated historic building just two blocks from the downtown mall. It’s a serene, tastefully decorated office suite with architectural details and lots of natural light. There is a large beautiful waiting room, two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Each office has a fireplace, hardwood floors, and large windows. Your suitemates are psychotherapists and other wellness professionals.

The full-time office is unfurnished; the part-time sublet office is furnished. Full-time rent is $891 per month. Daily sublet rent is $191 per month for each day of the week rented (i.e., $191 for a month of Mondays, for example). Rent includes all utilities, secure fast wifi, upkeep of the common spaces, and office snacks & drinks for clients. Rent goes up by 3% each year, according to our lease with the landlord.
