Figs are easy, healthy, and really only require full sun. They might be the most ancient cultivated fruit. They will begin bearing fruit in a year or two, and some already have fruit. Most of what I have are 3 gallon fig trees, all varieties are planted in the ground in Harrisonburg.
Choose from: Chicago Hardy, Sicilian dark, improved Celeste, Celeste, O'Rourke, unknown local heirloom, Olympia, white Marseilles, brown turkey, black Bethlehem, Adriatic Green, Violette de Bordeaux, Smith, unknown Croatian, Ronde de Bordeaux, St. Rita, LSU Purple, Alma, Longue De Auot, Honey fig.
My figs began ripening the first of August despite the drought. Happy to make a bundle deal on multiple plants!
I also have Concord Grapes, Elderberry, Gooseberry, Red Currant, Red Twig Dogwood available. Figs are ripe and ready to sample!
