At ARKE, we build custom homes, additions, renovations, kitchens, baths and exterior living spaces. We are looking for a carpenter to join our team. This employee should have a background in framing and/or trim carpentry. We are looking for someone who relates well with other subcontractors and clients. We are looking for someone who communicates well, takes pride in their work and is willing to learn.

Skills:
• Must be able to read plans and layout stick-framed walls
• Must be able to install windows and doors.
• Must speak English
• Must be able bring their own small tools.
• Should have a positive attitude.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be respectful on the jobsite and to clients and coworkers: no alcohol, drugs or foul language.

Hourly pay relates to experience. We offer full-time employees 5 days of PTO per first calendar year and 6 paid government holidays. Subsidized healthcare plans are available. Bonus available based on performance.
