JT Solution Partners is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. position. If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in your work, and are looking for an opportunity that could lead to a permanent role, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Complete maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and drains
Perform basic electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and appliance repairs
Complete routine preventive maintenance
Keep common areas clean and well maintained
Track supplies and coordinate with outside contractors when needed
What we’re looking for
At least one year of building or apartment maintenance experience
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and general repairs
Your own tools and reliable transportation
The ability to manage your workload and pay attention to details
Availability to start soon
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
