We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The right candidate will have a proven track record of success in a full-service, upscale restaurant. The right candidate will have knowledge of food and food preparation, fine dining and steps of service, along with possessing strong beverage knowledge (beer, wine and spirits/cocktails).
Culture is important to us. Our most successful leaders put the staff first, ensuring that we are supporting and taking care of our team at every step. Working side by side with our serivce team is required, we are on the floor during service and support them throughout.
Starting salary of $70,000 plus bonus and benefits for the right candidate. Insurance kicks in the first day of the month once you start. Strong support and training is provided. Our work weeks are 50 hours. We schedule with two consecutive days off, ensuring a work/life balance for our leaders. Generous paid time off is accrued starting on day one, including vacation, sick and holiday pay.
We are a busy Uptown restaurant with 9 years of proven success.
