I can usually be available within three days and sometimes even the same day.
I’m a Charlotte native with more than 29 years of construction and home‑remodeling experience. I am fully insured. The benefit of hiring me is that I have extensive hands on experience across all interior trades and understand how they work together. I’m also a strong problem solver. I’m truly a one‑stop shop. The only thing I don’t handle inside your home is air conditioning. I also carry an enclosed trailer fully stocked with the tools needed to build a home from the ground up.
Framing and Restructure
I’m not the guy you call to frame a new home, that’s another guy. I am the guy you call to remove a wall for an open floor plan, replace rotten joists and subfloor, repair sagging foundations, or convert a garage into a bedroom, billiard room, nursery, or man cave. I have extensive experience modifying floor plans to maximize space.
Drywall
I don’t take on full‑home drywall installations or popcorn ceiling removal, that’s another guy. I’m the one you call to drywall one or two rooms or for professional drywall repairs. I hang and finish drywall on more than 70% of my projects.
Painting
I can paint a room or two, or the entire interior of your home. I paint walls, trim, and refinish cabinetry. Painting is involved in about 90% of my projects.
Finish Carpentry
I create custom cabinets, custom closets, accent walls, crown molding, columns, and more. I can trim out your new construction project or add crown molding to a single room. Flooring
I install tile flooring, natural stone, prefinished hardwoods, and luxury vinyl plank.
Kitchen Remodeling
I offer full custom cabinetry solutions or can install cabinets you’ve already purchased. I build kitchen islands from scratch and to match. I install appliances and fixtures including dishwashers, sinks, faucets, disposals, and microwaves. I also install under‑cabinet lighting and recessed lighting. Need the kitchen floor done too? I install tile, luxury vinyl plank, prefinished hardwoods, and natural stone.
Bath Remodeling
I install tile showers, acrylic shower inserts, bathtubs, standalone tubs, vanities, toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, shower panels, and accessories. I also provide full service plumbing, whether you need a full bathroom plumbed or just a repair. I install or replace vent fans and can gut, paint, and trim the space as needed. Flooring and lighting installation options are also available.
Electrical
I provide full service electrical work: outlet additions and repairs, generator lockouts, breaker replacement, rewiring, LED installation, trim backlighting, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans.
Plumbing
Full service plumbing: shower valves, shower panels, drains, sinks, faucets, toilets, dishwashers, disposals, water filtration systems, waterlines, and repairs for broken or leaking pipes.
Flatscreen Installation, Multi‑Room Audio & Video Distribution
Wouldn’t you rather have someone wiring your home who knows exactly what’s inside the walls? Call me for flatscreen installation. I install smart‑home systems, home theaters, LED projectors, and screens and have been doing so since the early ’90s. I can build platform seating, soundproof or sound‑treat walls, build columns, and even add a wet bar and refrigerator for a true theater experience.
