As a Delivery Driver, you're the person who makes sure fresh, healthy meals get where they need to go — on time, every time. You'll run routes between our hub kitchen and partner schools, keeping lunch on schedule and kids fed. This role is perfect for someone who's reliable behind the wheel, likes having a route to own, and takes pride in getting the job done right.
What You'll Do
Deliver the joy — Transport fresh meals from our hub kitchen to school campuses, safely and on schedule
Own the route — Plan efficient stops, manage delivery timing, and keep every school's lunch on track
Keep it running — Load, unload, and handle food and equipment with care; keep your vehicle and gear clean and organized
Show up with heart — Punctuality, reliable communication, and ownership of your route, every day
What We're Looking For
Someone reliable, punctual, and easy to work with
A safe, confident driver who's comfortable navigating multiple stops on a schedule
Available for morning delivery windows, Monday–Friday
Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs on your own, repeatedly, in and out of a vehicle
Qualifications
Willing to learn, take direction, and be a real team player
A positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting healthy food for kids
ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to get it within your first 14 days)
Able to pass a pre-employment background check (and any additional school-required certifications)
A smartphone for job-related communication
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
Reliable vehicle for deliveries
What We Offer
A supportive, people-first team
Competitive hourly pay starting at $18/hour
Flexible scheduling — part-time or full-time options may be available
Room to grow within a mission-driven company
Predictable hours that actually support work-life balance
