Ascended Corporation is seeking an experienced Disposition Specialist who can market investment properties, negotiate with buyers, and secure profitable deals.
Requirements
Experience in real estate dispositions, wholesaling, or investment sales.
Strong understanding of wholesale deals and investor returns.
Confident phone, texting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to respond to buyer inquiries, evaluate offers, and secure buyers.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM and Discord is a plus.
Compensation: 10% commission on qualifying wholesale fees. Earnings depend on completed deals and are not guaranteed.
Expectations: Target of 1–2 completed deals per week. All tools provided. No transaction paperwork required.
