Having helped realtors and home buyers / sellers in the past. Im familiar with bank punch lists, curb appeal prep and pre move in remodels. I have a huge amount of tools for nearly every possible job.. Lots of window and door replacements. Including converting barns, garages, basements, even sheds into living spaces or studio apartments. Most recently repaired out building that a very large tree fell on. I replaced rafters, some sheeting roof, one complete wall Stronger than original.
I could list hundreds of projects from , termite\ ant damage requiring an entire wall to be replaced, or expanding kitchens and baths, custom bars,, pantries, custom under stairway cabinets, install kitchen cabinets, tile, but its easier to tell me what you need done and I will give you a true and honest opinion if there is anything outside my skill sets. Having over 40 years experience I know many short cuts that make my work a true bargain.
I have recent references available. Please text me as voicemail is unreliable where I live.. TEXT ALWAYS WORKS. I will call you asap.
