VERY STURDY - held me solid at 300lbs + weights.
STABLE. Legs sit firmly on the ground and do not rock.
ADJUSTABLE:
The back has 5 positions: straight up, 2 incline, flat, and decline.
The seat has 3: flat, incline and decline.
The leg lock attachment pivots and can tuck under the seat when not in use.
CONDITION:
Works as good as the day I bought it.
DUST NOT RUST. Anything you see on the metal frame is household dust from storage.
You can see some cobwebs on the leg lock, couldn't find a lint roller. I wiped down the seat pads but can clean more thoroughly before pickup if needed.
$50 is a steal for this quality home weight training bench. Just trying to move it quick for space.
