Be prepared to have a phone conversation about what needs to be done. No conversation no job. This is a no-brainer for somebody who is honest and looking to make a quick buck with a cell phone and a car. Been burned twice on here, so my requirements are pretty set. We speak over the phone. I give you the instructions. You go take a few minutes of video of a falling down foundation on vacant land. And we are all good. Don't ask for money upfront for gas - you can pay your own gas.
