Qualifications & Skills:
License: Valid NC CDL Class A with current DOT Medical Card
Equipment Experience: Flatbed semi-trailers, commercial fleet transport, off-road forklifts, and heavy equipment/tractors.
Maneuvering: Confident backing skills (straight-line, offset, 90-degree), tight yard staging, and secure trailer coupling/uncoupling.
Safety & Compliance: Thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections, proper load securement (strapping/chaining), and strict DOT compliance.
Hands-On Background: Over a year of field experience managing job site logistics, material delivery schedules, and site operations. Ready to handle physical labor, yard maintenance, or material handling when not behind the wheel.
