We’re looking for someone who can do more than just perform carpentry work. The right person should be capable of taking ownership of a project, working from plans, laying out work, directing a small crew, solving problems in the field, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Our projects are varied and include new construction, framing, renovations, concrete, timber work, site development, and other challenging residential and commercial projects.
What we're looking for:
Strong framing and general carpentry experience
Ability to read plans and perform layout
Comfortable leading and working alongside a small crew
Able to work independently and make good field decisions
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Dependable, professional, and takes pride in quality work
Pay: $30–$40/hour based on experience and ability
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Projects throughout the Catskills/Hudson Valley area
