River Rock Refresh - Rinse/New Fabric (Castle Rock)

Weeds have become a constant problem in our 1"-2" river rock and it's time to redo the fabric. Basically the four 12"-24" wide strips down the middle and sides, and area along the top edge of the yard (3-4ft wide) where it meets the street - needs to be pulled, rinsed, and replaced on fresh landscape fabric.
Prefer Typar used not standard Home Depot type fabrics. Maybe two layers in some historically problem spots?
Not replacing or adding any rock, just refreshing what is already there.
If cheaper to leave existing fabric and just layer on top of it, I am fine with that if it looks ok after. Not sure if that saves much or not, but am tying to work within a budget so can do some other yard items on my wish list. If not that's fine, this matters more. Can discuss later if you also do other stuff. Stopping weeds in the rocks is top priority right now.
For some reason areas closer to the house aren't overrun it's just front and side strips, see areas circled in pink pen on image. Only the rock circled needs addressed. NOT all of it needs redone, only areas circled on image.
Easy access to the yard, flexible on time but sooner is better. To speed up selection process please quote based on what I described and any suggestions you have.
You will have a chance to confirm the offer on-site after seeing in person. Hoping your experience gives you a good ballpark idea we can work off from there.
If any questions please let me know. Please indicate your experience, include best estimate of cost from what I described, and a number to reach you at to get things rolling. Thanks!
