Used it on day hikes in preparation for a big trip but never ended up actually going out and using it overnight. It’s made for someone with a large waist or wide hips. I’ve lost weight and the waist belt won’t ride at my hips. Very nice capacity can carry everything including a bear canister inside the main compartment.
