Why look out of state? Simple, the big corporations are building up so much here and price gouging the little guy. That's if they have time for a non $1m+ project.
A few bascis about the build and what I'm looking for at this point.
Crew to work weekdays and home for the weekends. Housing to be discussed later.
Build will start Spring 2027.
Plot is on 3ac of land. Free of trees, major vegetation and debris. One mile from major road. No extreme turns or elevations.
Power is on site but no city water hook up. Plot has low to medium topography.
Home will be under 1250 sq ft. After slight modifications from images shown.
I've included photos of the home to be built and the basic floorplan from the designers website. CAD files with my modifications will be available for later use.
