General: A/C Notes: The is A/C was built by Kenneth Champion as a kit plane. It does have A/C and engine logs appropriate for an experimental amateur built airplane. It does have FAA approval and operating limitations by Henry T. Aung (FAA Inspector) dated 6/25/04. Estimated built time approximately 1000 hours. A/C registration is N80KC. FAA records show sale of the A/C to be approximately February 13, 2011. This A/C is very purchasable for light sport pilots wanting a motorized glider. The quality of the build is above average and the overall appearance of the A/C is good. It would s minimal amount of time and money to have this airplane/glider ready to fly. The engine/ aircraft would need a condition inspection, and some FAA paperwork would need to be completed. There are very few of these A/C in this country as it is an Italian design and there are other U.S. types more available. This A/C is only serial number 12, and not many have been built.
