About Us
Air-Tec is a commercial HVAC contractor. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Courier to keep our shop organized and get materials where they need to go.
What You’ll Do
Receive incoming deliveries, check them against packing slips and purchase orders, and report any shortages or damage
Stock and organize materials, parts, and supplies in the warehouse
Keep the warehouse and shop areas clean, safe, and orderly
Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles
Pick and stage materials for jobs and deliveries
Make pickups and deliveries to job sites, suppliers, and vendors using your own vehicle
Track inventory and help with counts
Support the shop and field teams with other duties as assigned
What You Need
Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, bend, and climb for long periods
Basic math and the ability to read packing slips, labels, and work orders
Good time management and the ability to work independently
Reliable, on time, and willing to pitch in wherever needed
Nice to Have
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience
Forklift certification
Familiarity with HVAC, sheet metal, or construction materials
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $18 per hour
Mileage reimbursed for all work-related driving at the current IRS rate
No Sick Pay or Holiday Pay
No Benefits
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with 30-min meal break
