A little bit about us, we are a small family owned and operated business known for our famous Señorita bread, and for good reason! We sell over 3,000 pieces a day. Every piece is a labor of love that takes dedication, consistency, teamwork, and pride in the craft. We’re looking for someone who understands that great products and great customer service start with people who genuinely care.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Customer service experience: At least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment: Able to stay focused, organized, and productive during busy periods.
- Independent and responsible: Comfortable working shifts alone, taking initiative, and managing responsibilities without being micromanaged.
- Reliable and committed: Able to commit to an agreed-upon schedule and show up on time, ready to work.
- Physically capable: Able to stand for 4+ hours throughout a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Coachable and willing to learn: Open to constructive feedback, eager to improve, and able to follow established procedures.
- A team player: Understands that a successful bakery depends on everyone working together and supporting one another.
- Pride in their work: Someone with heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to do their job well—even when things get busy or challenging.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
The holiday season is one of our busiest times of the year.
Availability and commitment during the weeks leading up to the holidays and on holidays themselves are required when scheduled.
