2001 Custom Super C Conversion on Ford F450 7.3L Power Stroke Off-Grid Ready
Selling my 2001 F450 Super C motorhome — a full custom build, 28 feet long, professionally built (not a kit), with permanent labels/warnings on all equipment to prove it.
The chassis:
7.3L Power Stroke diesel — fires right up, runs great, no leaks or motor issues. Well-maintained, over 150K miles. Pass-through/viewing window between cab and coach, plus a rear slider window in the truck.
Off-grid systems:
Rooftop solar panels with a 12V/30A charge controller and regulator
Onboard generator, ~600 hours
LP gas leak detector/alarm system
Storage for 2 propane tanks with a regulator
Climate control — A/C and heat
Hot water heater
External AC outlets, plus plenty of interior outlets — never fight over a place to charge your phone
Kitchen:
Gas stove with range hood, fan, and hood light. Gas oven. Microwave. Norcold fridge/freezer combo (runs great — switches between gas or auto power). Extendable hidden countertops, generous cupboard space, a solid-sized counter, plus a stove cover that adds even more workspace when you need it. Formica countertops, vinyl flooring throughout for easy cleanup.
Living space:
Booth-style dinette that seats for dinner and collapses into a full-size twin bed. Overhead cab-over bed (twin) with extra closet space built in above. Tons of closet and underbed storage throughout. Independent interior lighting zones — light only the area you're using instead of the whole rig. Stereo system in the coach. TV hookup ready for satellite. Privacy curtains, porch light, hat holders, and other nice built-in touches.
Wet bath:
Large shower pan, fully enclosed.
Exterior:
Exterior lights on all sides. Large awning. Adjustable folding steps that level out even when you're parked on uneven ground. Tons of exterior storage underneath.
Heads up, being upfront: there's a leak at the upper bunk that I have not had repaired. I'm pricing accordingly. Happy to share extra photos of the area and answer questions — bring your own inspector if you'd like.
Highly motivated to sell — serious inquiries only please.
If we end up fixing the leak, price will go up to 42K
