Incredibly cool office workspace for part-time use. Located in Carrboro next door to Lanza's cafe. Large office space that doubles as a place to wind down. Ideal for someone who often works from home, but needs a dedicated space to get out of the house to have a quiet office environment with dedicated workspace. The office suite has a large open room and there is a large desk and chair and wall-mounted monitor that is available to use in the larger space. There is a smaller, private office off of the main room that I use part-time. When I am not here, the entire space is empty and you are free to work wherever you please. As you will see from the pictures, this space also has a full-size pool table, big-screen TV, couches, lounge chairs, a kitchenette with full size fridge, etc. May not help with productivity, but also a great vibe and place to simply relax. Perfect balance of professional/office feal, without feeling like you're stuck in a cubicle farm!
Rent and arrangement are negotiable. Minimum $450 per month if you want to be here part time, a couple of days a week, or maybe just half days. Open to more full-time for additional rent. Or optional use of the space outside of work hours as a place to wind down if the fit is right.
