DINING TABLE WITH BENCH - FARMHOUSE BENCH SEATING

Two-tone finish - dark brown top on a satin black base. Table seats four to six depending how friendly everyone is.

WHY BENCH SEATING
The bench slides all the way under the table, so this takes up far less floor space than a table with chairs. Great in a small dining
area or a breakfast nook. If you have young kids it is the easy answer - nothing to tip over, nothing to clean around, and you can always squeeze in one more.

CONDITION - HONEST
Structurally excellent. No wobble, no splits, no loose joints.

There is a chip out of the side edge of the table - photographed close up, please look before you drive out. It is on the side, not the top, so it sits below eye level and is largely hidden once the bench is pushed in. There is also light cosmetic scuffing on the bench top from office use.

Priced for it. A clean version of this table alone sells for more than I am asking for both pieces.

If you are planning to paint or refinish anyway, this is exactly what you want, and you should not be paying extra for a perfect finish you are about to work over.

$175 obo. Cash on pickup.

You will need a truck or van and a second person for the table. The bench is light and one person can carry it.

From a smoke-free, pet-free office.

Located in Carlsbad, 92008. Pickup is easiest during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends can be arranged with a little notice - just ask.

More furniture available including standing desks, cabinets, a couch, and a fridge. We are downsizing an office.
