Warehouse Fulfillment & Customer Service – Part-Time (soquel)

We are a growing outdoor lifestyle brand focused on tailgating, camping, and adventure gear. We’re looking for a reliable and energetic part-time team member to help with warehouse fulfillment, customer support, and occasional events.

This is a great role for someone looking for flexible work who enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and being part of a small growing company. We generally fulfill orders Mon, Wed, and Fri and are looking for about 18 to 20 hours per week and we can generally work around school, sports, or other schedules for the right person. Being mechanically inclined and able to assemble products using wrenches and screwdrivers is strongly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Printing and organizing daily ecommerce orders
• Organizing warehouse and inventory
• Helping prep products and displays for events and tradeshows
• Customer service and sales support
• Assisting at local events, tailgates, or trade shows from time to time

Because we are a small team, the role is hands-on and responsibilities can vary from day to day.

Requirements:

• Reliable, organized, and detail oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Comfortable lifting and moving products weighing 50–80 lbs
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the warehouse
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and order systems
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not necessary

This position has the potential to continue beyond the summer and grow with the company for the right person.
