The home is conveniently located right on the bus line, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and shops, and just a mile from Capitola Beach, a few blocks away from 90 acres of open space hiking at Anns Jean Cumming Park and a short bike ride from the redwood forest at the Land of Medicine Buddha!
A little about the space:
The room is located on the first floor of a two-story home and has its own private entrance and bathroom. There is a shared kitchen, although it's very minimally used by the other housemates, so you'll have plenty of storage space and time to use it on your own! Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware. This is basically a studio-like set up.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms occupied by young professionals and a graduate student. They have their own kitchen/bathroom/living room. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and community-oriented, and the home has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Laundry available in the home and is shared by all. Utilities split amongst housemates. Off street parking available.

There is a beautiful Zen style courtyard garden with a large pond, mature trees, vegetable gardens, a lovely little tea house, and a swing. It's a really special place to relax, enjoy nature, or spend time outside with a cup of tea!
