Bay Bar & Grill is looking for an additional team member for a Line Cook position. We are a small team with a small, manageable menu that typically has 1 cook in the kitchen per shift. Our ideal candidate should be able to work alone, so they must be self-motivated and able to accomplish a task list distributed from the Kitchen Manager. They should be able to make our menu items in 15 minutes or less, stay composed during high volume surges, take direction from their Manager and Owners, and maintain a work environment that does not promote hostility. We are a small team that gets along and works well together, so the right candidate should fit in without conflict.

Some line experience is required. Prep experience is a must. Compensation is competitive with hourly wage + tips.
