In a brand-new home in a quiet cantonment, there is a private upstairs room with its own living space and bathroom (I can negotiate a second bed because there are three above and my master is downstairs). seeking an older professional who is unmarried. The spacious kitchen downstairs is shared by us. There must be some compromise because the kitchen is downstairs and the laundry is upstairs. Half of the utilities are paid for by the owner and the other half by the tenant. Monthly; after meeting and passing the screening, there is no need for a deposit.
