We are looking for a hardworking Construction Apprentice who wants to learn the trades and grow in the construction industry. This is a hands on position for someone who is dependable, organized, detail oriented and not afraid of physical work.
You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and help keep our jobsites clean, organized and moving efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Jobsite cleanup and organization
Digging, demo and general labor
Assisting carpenters, plumbers, electricians and other trades
Loading and unloading materials
Receiving and organizing material deliveries
Keeping inventory of tools and materials
Driving a box truck between jobsites and suppliers
Dump runs and trash removal
Picking up materials when needed
Maintaining a clean and organized truck and jobsite
Helping wherever needed throughout the day
We are looking for someone who:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Is extremely hardworking and reliable
Pays attention to details
Can multitask and follow directions
Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
Is good with inventory and tracking materials
Is comfortable with physical work, lifting and digging
Has a valid driver’s license and can safely drive a box truck
Is willing to learn different construction trades
Shows up on time with a positive attitude
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn construction from the ground up and eventually develop into a skilled trade or construction management role.
Construction experience is helpful, but work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
