This Seaside property is recently remodeled. its a timeshare that I belong to, and I rent out some of my time to cover expenses. You would be my guest. this property resort is called Worldmark. located right on the turn around on Broadway. the main drag and close to everything. all rooms have all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen. washer and dryer in unit. free parking. weight room, pool tables tennis courts. arcade nearby. All rooms are 7-night rentals only. No additional fees

3 bedrooms are $2695 for 7 nights. 2 bedrooms are $2395 for 7 nights

here are the weeks that are available:

6/12 - 6/19. Sat - Sat. 3 bedroom
6/19 - 6/26. Sat - Sat. 2 bedroom deluxe
7/22 - 7/29. Thurs - Thurs. 3 bedroom
7/28 - 8/4. Wed - Wed. 2 bedroom deluxe
8/23 - 8/30. Mon - Mon. 3 bedroom deluxe
8/30 - 9/6. Mon - Mon. 3 bedroom deluxe

I would like a $300 deposit to secure the room with the balance due by June 1 if possible.
