We have a renovation starting this week in Nashville. Here is the list of tasks:
Electrical Rewiring -1-2 days
2000 SF Hardwood of Demo and replacement (including 13 stairs and one landing)
Reframe 8' high living room ceiling to be vaulted at the peak (ceiling measures 12' x 27')
Trim 5 windows and 5 doors (1 interior French door) 2 interior 2'8" doors both sides 2 exterior doors (inside only)
320. Lineal feet of 5.5" of Primed MDF baseboard installed
4 rooms to be painted (approximately 1200 SF of floor space in those rooms)
70 4 x 8 sheets of 1/2" DW to be hung and finished (mostly 8' high ceilings)
I dont have access to the house right now. So please quote based on this info. If you work hourly we will pay $40 an hour for the small stuff. Need bids ASAP. I can send pictures you send some preliminary pricing FIRST
