Included Pieces & Individual Pricing:
3-Cushion Standard Sofa: Clean and comfortable shape – $200
3-Cushion Reclining Sofa: Reclining mechanism works great! Needs a light upholstery cleaning/steam on the fabric cushions – $200
Loveseat: Minor fabric fading – $150

BUNDLE DEAL: Take all 4 pieces together as-is for $525 (Save $110 vs. buying individually!).
Condition Notes:
Set is solid, sturdy, and very comfortable. A couple of the smaller pieces show fabric fading, the chair has a small seam tear/arm mark, and the reclining couch could use a quick surface clean on the cushions. Priced low to reflect the cosmetic wear! Price accordingly as-is. (Pieces were brought outside briefly just for clear photography). Message me for dimensions if needed. Thank you!
