Excellent condition
According to customer service at Summit it was manufactured in 2010, later purchased in 2011 at Dick's
Used 5 or 6x, never in inclement weather.

I purchased it specifically to deer hunt the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge in NJ that had a limited 1 week season. After only 2 seasons the area was hit hard in 2013 by Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease (EHD) which ended my interest in hunting there. I chose to hunt public lands for regular and extended seasons. There were plenty of abandoned stands available to use. Today I don't have the confidence to safely use a climbing stand.

Bonus: when I first purchased I thought there was a defect in the fabric portion and Summit sent me a replacement. Turned out it was my error. That is included with the purchase.

Public exchange at the Sheetz on 24w/87N south of Spout Springs, NC
