About the Position:
Hoarders-Clutterers Express is seeking dependable, honest, and hardworking General Laborers to join our growing team.
Our crews assist clients with hoarding cleanouts, decluttering, property cleanouts, organization, moving items, and related projects throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New York.
This is a hands-on position and may involve physically demanding work.
Typical Responsibilities:
Sort and organize clothing, furniture, household goods, and other personal belongings
Separate items for disposal, storage, donation, or relocation
Load and unload trucks, dumpsters, and storage areas
Move furniture and other household items
Assist with property cleanouts and decluttering projects
Work cooperatively as part of a crew
Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors
Treat clients, their homes, and personal belongings with professionalism and respect
Some heavy lifting is required.
Pay & Advancement:
General labor assignments pay approximately $17–$30 per hour, depending on the type of project, responsibilities, and experience.

Additional Experience We Value
The following experience is helpful but not required:
Valid driver’s license and driving experience
General labor
Moving or cleanout work
Handyman experience
Carpentry
Sheetrock/drywall work
Use of basic hand and power tools
Applicants with their own tools are also encouraged to apply.
Transportation:
Having reliable transportation is helpful but not required for every assignment.
Authorized drivers may operate a company-provided vehicle and may qualify for additional driver incentives.

Interview Requirements:
Interviews are conducted by appointment.
Applicants must bring a valid photo ID to the interview.
A valid driver’s license is preferred for applicants interested in driving assignments and driver incentives, but it is not required for all General Labor positions.
