Stepladder Creamery is looking to fill a full-time Fulfillment Manager Position.
Compensation: $21/hr
Accrued vacation time
401K eligibility after 1 year with up to a 4% employer matching
Fulfillment Manager Duties
*Fulfill online direct to consumer orders, farmers market offsite warehouse transfers and wholesale orders
*Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and attention to detail in receiving, processing and fulfilling all orders
*Control product inventory and management including working with our onsite and offsite warehouses for inventory hard counts
*Pack and palletize orders neatly and accurately with great attention to detail to ensure everything is safely and appropriately packed
*Invoice orders with the highest level of attention to detail
*Communicate clearly between the different departments of the company to assist with smooth operation and flow
*Maintain supplies and inventory to make sure we are in stock of all necessary items
*Respond to customer orders in a timely and friendly manner.
*Communicate with customers on when their orders will ship and follow up with emailed tracking information if needed
Candidates Should Have
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially email;
*A positive can-do attitude and desire to be a part of a team
*High attention to detail and organizational skills
*Experience using Google Sheets, Quickbooks, Square + Shopify a plus
